Up for consideration is an original vintage CLYDE BEATTY-COLE CIRCUS contract from the 1950s. It is about 8.25" inches wide. Perforated paper contract that outlines the detail of the agreement. If a merchant agreed that they could put signs in their business, they would get free tickets and an inspector would come around and confirm that they were up. Says "On Presentation of this order you will receive one admission only to the circus in consideration of the exclusive privilege of displaying lithographs in building at ......". They are unused and have the Clyde Beatty-Cole Circus logo.
